It is the purpose of Texas Senior Advocacy Coalition to dedicate our energy and resources on behalf of older adults to the following principles:

• The dignity and worth of all of us, regardless of race, creed or cultural background.
• Our right to full access and inclusion in all aspects of community life.
• Our right to act on our own behalf, direct our own future, represent our own interest, make decisions and take risks based on our goals and values.
• Our right to accurate and timely information, presented in a simple and easy-to-understand way, so that we can make informed choices.
• Our right to accessible services and support in our home communities.
